Registration fees for all participants include the following:

• Entry to all scientific congress sessions,
• Access to Exhibition & Poster Area,
• Congress Bag (including all congress material, final program and book of abstracts),
• Welcome Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail Reception,
• Coffee Breaks,
• Light Lunch everyday,
• Half Day Excursion

Registration fees for Accompanying Persons include the following:

• Access to Exhibition & Poster Area,
• Welcome Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail Reception,
• Half Day Excursion

Registration fees for Exhibitors include the following:

• Welcome Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail Reception,
• Coffee Breaks,
• Light Lunch everyday,

Registration fees do not include insurance of participants against cancellation, accidents, theft or property loss.  Participants should arrange for their own insurance.

Social Program

• Half Day Excursion (included in registration fees),

• Gala Dinner               Cost:  €70 per person

Hotel Accommodation

We have reserved a specific number of rooms at each of the following hotels with special rates, in order to cover the needs of the Congress.  We should like to know the hotel of your choice but we are going to confirm reservations to delegates on a First Come First Served basis.

Note:

The Congress Venue is Rodos Palace Hotel.  Dionysos and Belair hotels are located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Congress Venue.
